Soapie Mai Designs is based in Wanneroo, Western Australia. We are an online only store, but we do have the option for our customers to pick up their order if they live locally.

We accept credit card, PayPal, and POS payments for your convenience.

We offer standard and express shipping options for all orders. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping delivers within 1-2 business days.

Our standard turnaround time for orders is 1-2 business days. Please note that custom orders may have a longer processing time.

Pre-orders will take between 2 to 3 weeks from the date order was made depending on the order, sometimes they are completed sooner. If you need the order urgently please email us and will see what we are able to do.

Absolutely can if you email us within 24 hours to let us know you need to add to your order and we will provide you with instructions so you will not be charged twice for shipping, unless shipping goes above a certain weight then you will be invoiced the extra to cover shipping costs.

At this stage we do not ship internationally. We only ship Australia wide and to New Zealand customers at this stage.
